NATO Landmine Robot Project
During my time at Franklin & Marshall College, I joined a group of scientists funded by the NATO Science for Peace and Security Program in their mission to develop an effective and inexpensive method of locating and defusing landmines throughout the world.

I saw this as an incredible opportunity to apply my engineering abilities to a humanitarian cause and play a part in aiding the global community.

As a member of the team, I worked on the navigational code, and the interface that enabled 3 mine-removal robots to communicate and work in tandem. They were tested in harsh terrain, and against a diverse selection of mines to ensure they can aid war-ravaged communities throughout the world.
