Residential Advisor at Columbia University

My role as a residential advisor (RA) is to develop a healthy community by focusing on the growth and development of each individual in my assigned residential hall. All the while promoting an environment conducive to the overall wellness needs of my residents. We as RAs are creative and energetic students who are strong team players and great listeners.

This student leadership position allows me to apply and further develop the skills I used as an ISAB member at my previous institute.
